- Alan Luscombe establishes as a Sole Trader on the premises of Ringrose Avenue, Greystanes.

- The company Adler Sheet Metal Pty Ltd was established.
1986
- A new factory was purchased in Dunheved Circuit, St Marys.
1988 - 2000
- A major new workshop of 2000sqm2 is built, complete with a 5 tonne overhead crane.
2004
- Alan Luscombe’s son Ian joins the company, allowing Alan to live out his dream in Gloucester.
2005
- Adler Sheet Metal Pty Ltd changes its trading name to Adler Industries to align with the broad services of the company.
2007
- The company makes a major investment of a new High-Definition Plasma Profile cutter that is still running today.
2008
- The old workshop is demolished, and a new workshop is built aligned to the existing workshop, expanding the coverage of the overhead cranes on the site to approx. 3000sqm.
2009
- Adler moves to 69 Forrester Road St Marys.
2011
- Adler returns to 107 Dunheved Circuit (Unit 3). - Adler opens a second fabrication workshop in Newcastle (Carrington), catering to the burgeoning mining industry booming in the Hunter Valley. - The St Marys and Newcastle workshops collaboratively delivers fabrications to Tier One mining equipment manufacturers such as Bucyrus, Caterpillar, Komatsu and Sykes Pumps.
2013
- Adler exits the Carrington workshop as demand softens for fabrications for the mining industry.
2019
- Adler Fabrications is a booming business, providing fabrication services to Tier One companies Australia-wide such as major infrastructure tunnel projects, stadium rebuilds, entertainment complex rebuilds, airport infrastructure and more.
2020
- Adler celebrated 50 years of trade.
2022 - 2024
- Investing in our facility, upgrading our equipment and broadening the services we offer to our customers. - These investments are in line with Adler being a one stop shop for our customers.
