Ian has spent his whole life around the business. He didn’t formally join the business until he was 30 (2004), the previous time spent in accounting roles in various organisations. Ian understands what makes Adler tick and the importance of customers needs being met to ensure the continued operation of the company.
Jamie
Manager
Jamie has 40 years’ experience in the metal trades and joined Adler in 2017 as an estimator and job co-ordinator to help with the day to day running of the workshop. With a background in mechanical engineering and structural fabrication, Jamie now oversees all estimating and all shop/site work undertaken.
Brooke
Office Manager
Brooke has over 10 years’ experience working at Adler. She initially commenced as a receptionist/accounts assistant. Over time her responsibilities grew to being involved in the administration of all workshop and site work being undertaken.
Justin
Estimator
Justin began his journey at Adler Fabrications in 2008, where he commenced an apprenticeship in metal fabrication. Justin had 15 years working on the work shop floor applying his trade. Progressing over the years, Justin is now an Estimator and 2IC, working in conjunction with the manager and workshop supervisor. He is a key contact for customers across all stages of the designing and fabrication process.
Aaron
Workshop Supervisor
Aaron commenced an apprenticeship in metal fabrication in 2010. He progressed through the ranks and is now the workshop supervisor. Aaron runs the day to day activities on the shop floor, managing our skilled team of trades people and apprentices. He also interacts with clients and associates to achieve customer satisfaction ensuring quality and timely delivery of jobs.
